Sound familiar?

Steering receivables with extracts and spreadsheets no longer works

When figures arrive late, differ by source and never reach customer level, you react instead of anticipating.

Finance departmentCFO, treasurer, executive management
  • Accounts receivable reporting takes days, and it is already out of date.
  • Each subsidiary presents its figures its own way.
  • There is no quick way to know how much a customer served by several companies owes us.
  • Working capital deteriorates without knowing where to act first.
Credit managersCredit managers, accounts receivable, sales administration
  • We spend more time building the aged balance than analysing it.
  • A customer’s late payments are spotted too late.
  • Everyone has their own spreadsheet, no one has the same version.
  • We don’t know which customers to focus on today.

What PILOT does

All your receivables data, readable at a glance

PILOT centralises accounts receivable information and indicators and presents them in a consolidated or detailed view, according to each person’s scope of responsibility.

Interactive dashboards

Dashboards customisable by profile: finance department, credit manager, sales administration, sales. From the summary, one click takes you to the customers concerned.

Dynamic aged balance

Receivables by ageing bucket, by company, segment or customer, always up to date. No more aged balance rebuilt by hand every month.

Filters on all data

Filter and sort the portfolio on any criterion: company, salesperson, sector, country, currency, age, amount. The right list of customers in seconds.

Payment terms and payer profiles

Average payment delays, observed lateness, behaviour trends: the accounting view is complemented by how each customer actually pays.

Alerts so nothing slips

A delay setting in, receivables climbing, behaviour deteriorating: situations that need attention are flagged to the right person.

Multi-company, multi-currency

A multi-company, multi-currency and multilingual solution, suited to centralised and decentralised organisations, with scope-based access rights.

PILOT+: consolidate receivables and risk across the group

In a multi-company group, the same customer may be served by several subsidiaries, or belong to a group whose entities each order separately. Each subsidiary sees its share; no one sees the total. PILOT+ gives you the real exposure, customer by customer and group by group.

Customers shared between subsidiaries

See on one screen, for each buyer, the receivables, cover and exposure at risk across all your subsidiaries, even when each one is insured by a different credit insurer.

Your customers belong to the same group but order through separate entities? PILOT+ groups them to measure your risk exposure on the customer group.

FAQ

Accounts receivable management: your questions

More questions? See our full FAQ.

What is accounts receivable management?

It means continuously monitoring customer receivables (outstanding amounts, late payments, payment terms, DSO) to decide where to act first and secure cash. Hoopiz’s PILOT module centralises this data and presents it as dashboards and alerts.

What is a dynamic aged balance?

An aged balance that is always up to date, splits receivables by ageing bucket and can be filtered by company, segment, salesperson or customer, instead of a static file rebuilt every month.

Which indicators does PILOT track?

Receivables and aged balance, late payments, DSO, average payment delays and payer profiles, plus your organisation’s own indicators, by company, segment or scope of responsibility.

What is the PILOT+ option?

PILOT+ is an extension of the PILOT module for multi-company groups. It consolidates the receivables, cover and exposure at risk of a customer shared by several subsidiaries, as well as exposure to customers belonging to the same group.

How do you know your total exposure to a customer served by several subsidiaries?

With PILOT+, Hoopiz matches the accounts of the same buyer across all group companies and shows, subsidiary by subsidiary and in total, receivables, cover, exposure at risk and payment behaviour.

Is PILOT suitable for a multi-company, multi-currency organisation?

Yes. PILOT is multi-company, multi-currency and multilingual, with scope-based access rights, for centralised and decentralised organisations.
