Credit insurance: your policy configured clause by clause, every situation monitored
COVER builds every specific feature of your credit insurance contract into Hoopiz and matches it with your receivables. Default status, claim notification, cover overrun, approval limit about to be reached: tricky situations are detected in time, so you never lose an indemnity or leave revenue uncovered.

Sound familiar?
A credit insurance policy also comes with obligations
Deadlines to meet, notifications to make, cover that changes: a single oversight can be enough to lose compensation on a receivable you thought was insured.
- We pay a large premium without knowing how much of our exposure is really covered.
- We discover a gap in cover… when the claim happens.
- A receivable falling into default status removes cover on new deliveries.
- With several subsidiaries and insurers, there is no consolidated view.
- Policy deadlines are tracked in a spreadsheet, when they are tracked at all.
- Only a few people know the contract’s special conditions.
- We find out too late that cover has been reduced or withdrawn.
- Sales deliver beyond the cover without knowing it.
What makes the difference
Your credit insurance contract, configured down to the last detail
Most tools simply display the amount of cover. Hoopiz goes further: we configure every specific feature of your contract (general and special conditions, deadlines, thresholds, notification rules), insurer by insurer and policy by policy.
The result: extremely precise monitoring, able to detect the complicated situations that, if poorly tracked, undermine the security of your revenue.
- Each receivable is assessed against the rules of your policy, not a generic rule.
- Alerts arrive before the contractual deadline, not after.
- Knowledge of the contract no longer depends on one person.
- You keep proof of the actions taken in case of discussion with the insurer.
Policy monitoring
Tricky situations, detected before they cost you
Examples of configurable alerts, triggered according to the rules of your contract.
Default status
An instalment remains unpaid beyond the agreed period: depending on your contract, cover may no longer apply to new deliveries to this customer.
Hoopiz anticipates the switch, alerts the credit manager and sales administration, and can block orders.
Claim notification
Past the contractual deadline, a late notification can jeopardise compensation.
Hoopiz calculates the notification deadline for each receivable and alerts you before it is too late.
Cover overrun
Receivables exceed the cover granted: the excess is not insured.
Hoopiz shows uninsured receivables in real time, customer by customer.
Approval almost reached
Receivables are approaching the amount approved by the insurer.
Hoopiz warns you before the threshold, so you can request an increase in time or adjust deliveries.
Cover reduced or withdrawn
The insurer changes its decision on a buyer.
Hoopiz synchronises the new decision and immediately quantifies the impact on your exposure.
Extensions and credit period
A due-date extension or payment term outside the policy limits.
Hoopiz checks compliance with the contract conditions and flags any gaps.
Example
An unpaid invoice, tracked against your policy
Each milestone is calculated from the rules of your contract. Your teams always know what remains to be done, and by when.
In practice
What COVER changes day to day
Your risk exposure, consolidated for the whole group

Manage your cover, don’t just display it
Integration goes beyond showing cover information: COVER lets you manage your cover operationally from the platform.
Cover / receivables matching
Your cover is automatically matched with your customer receivables, to identify residual risk.
Cover requests
Submit and track your limit requests from Hoopiz, without re-keying on the insurer’s portal.
Alerts on obligations
Claim notification, default status, overrun, approval almost reached: configurable alerts.
Secured orders
Orders blocked or approved according to available cover, together with sales administration and sales.
Multi-contract, multi-insurer
Several policies, several insurers, several companies: all managed in the same environment.
Cover dashboards
Cover rate, uninsured receivables, changes in decisions: everything you need to renegotiate with your broker.
At the heart of your ecosystem
Your data flows, your decisions apply everywhere
Hoopiz automatically retrieves cover from your credit insurers and information from your data providers, cross-checks it with your receivables and payment behaviour, then feeds risks, decisions and indicators back into your information system. No re-keying.

What is credit insurance management software?
It is a tool that integrates your credit insurance policy into accounts receivable management: it synchronises the insurer’s cover, matches it with your receivables and alerts you to contract obligations (notifications, deadlines, overruns).
What is default status in credit insurance?
It is the situation in which a buyer has not paid a receivable within the period set by the policy. Depending on the contract, cover may then stop applying to new deliveries. Hoopiz configures the rules of your contract to anticipate this switch.
How do you avoid missing a claim notification?
Hoopiz calculates, for each receivable, the notification deadline set by your policy and alerts you in advance, with details of the receivables concerned.
Which credit insurers are connected to Hoopiz?
Hoopiz is connected in particular to Atradius, Allianz Trade, Coface, AXA and Groupama. Management is multi-contract and multi-insurer.
How do you monitor a customer shared by subsidiaries insured with different insurers?
With the PILOT+ option, Hoopiz consolidates for the same buyer the receivables, the cover from each insurer and each policy, and the uninsured part, subsidiary by subsidiary and for the group.
Does Hoopiz replace my insurer’s portal?
No, it complements it: Hoopiz synchronises the insurer’s data and matches it with your accounting and the rules of your contract, which the portal does not do.
